More than 15 years of professional experience supporting socio-economic development, by coordinating international complex projects and programs funded by the EU and other international donors; ensuring leadership of multi-cultural teams; providing expertise in human mobility, TVET, employment and development of businesses, as well as local development and democratic governance; ensuring research studies, action-research and knowledge management; providing on-the-job support and capacity building, including to comply with donor requirements and regulations; ensuring overall process of calls for tender and proposals; providig support to ensure strategic portfolio management and growth of several international/bilateral development agencies.
