Agnes Nakkazi Mugwanya

Agnes is a Program Manager – Solar Facility with the Uganda Energy Credit Capitalisation Company (UECCC), under the Electricity Access Scale-up Project (EASP) whose role is to enhance access to energy households, commercial enterprises, industrial parks, public institutions, including Refugee Host Districts in Uganda.

She has over fifteen years' experience in working with financial institutions to provide low cost and appropriate products and services to institutions and end beneficiaries, with a focus on the under-served or vulnerable populations.

The EASP has two Implementing partners: eligible Energy Service Companies and financial institutions who deliver energy products and services to households and business enterprises at low and affordable costs.

Agnes is a seasoned professional dedicated to advancing renewable energy access across Uganda.
