About me

With over 23 years of experience in international development across Africa and Asia, I have specialised in implementing programs that promote sustainable, inclusive growth, particularly the Market System Development (MSD) approach in the agriculture and energy sectors. My work includes policy advocacy for water-energy-food ecosystems to prioritise sustainable development.

I am currently working on the Inclusive Market for Energy Efficiency (IMEU) project in Uganda, where my role involves supporting agribusinesses and energy service providers in implementing energy efficiency solutions to address climate change adaptation and mitigation. This includes providing business development services (BDS) and technical assistance for investment readiness to agribusinesses and energy service companies (ESPCs), helping them adopt energy-efficient solutions. Additionally, I support and co-create initiatives that offer catalytic grants and results-based financing (RBF) to strengthen market supply and demand at the last mile.

I hold an MBA from TU Nepal and an MSc in Strategic Planning from EBS/Heriot-Watt University.
