GET.invest Matchmaking
ARE Energy Access Investment Forum (EAIF 2025) will feature several GET.invest Matchmaking sessions. The sessions will provide participants with the opportunity to connect with potential business partners, public and private investors and policymakers in a series of selected personal meetings with a duration of 20 minutes.
The GET.invest Matchmaking sessions with bilateral meetings will be held on 8-10 April 2025 at the detailed slots as indicated on the Agenda.
The proven GET.invest Matchmaking format offers:

An online platform, where participants can present themselves and their business, browse the profiles of other attendees, and request meetings with a single click;

A free mobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play) where participants can manage their meetings when and wherever they want;

A series of pre-scheduled personal meetings with conversation partners of choice; and
-
On-site personal assistance from the GET.invest Matchmaking team during the event.
How the GET.invest Matchmaking works

Create your profile to showcase who you are and for what are you looking for
Activate your profile by following the invitation link from the email. Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a pitch, biography, your skills and interests to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

Identify potential meeting partners
Once you have activated and completed your business profile online, it will be visible to all conference participants on the matchmaking platform. Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the My Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximise your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.

Send & receive meeting requests and messages
Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event to establish stronger connections.

Install the mobile app for the event
Please install the b2match mobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play) and access the mobile version of the matchmaking platform. In the mobile app you can manage your meetings, exchange messages with other participants, access the agenda and receive all communications from the event organisers during the Forum.
The organisation team will be at your disposal at EAIF 2025 to solve any doubts you may have.
